Terms of Service My Terms of Service must be read, understood and accepted with all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. To commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information. ------------------------------------------------Base Information Currently, all news about the opening of the commissions will be published mainly in my Discord or sometimes on Twitter. Commissions everywhere else are closed. Use DMs to contact me, also I will be ready to discuss questions and additional information about my Price List and ToS.What I WILL Draw: • NSFW • Humans/humanoids, anthro, feral, dragons, some fantasy/supernatural/mythology creatures, monsters and other similar things• Fantasy/medieval/historical/original armor, clothing, and weapons• Blood themes, body horror, insects, symbolism stuff• Fanarts of games or/and series that we know and love.What I WON'T Draw:• Complex robot designs, military (except for the historical uniform), machinery. • Following topics; rape, cub/kid porn (or any other illegal topics), water sports, and major vore/gore.Also I reserved the right to reject any commission for any reason.1. GENERAL 1.1. Аs a customer you will be required to provide: commission type, character visual references/descriptions, order description and your wishes, and your PayPal address. 1.2. Displayed prices may to change according to the complexity and difficulty of each individual commission. 1.3. I take 100% PREPAYMENT via PayPal or other services. 1.4. I accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea. Your additional information should be brief, simple and related to commission. 1.5. 55% payment for extra character. 1.6. Extra payment for complex details and other things. THESE THINGS CAUSE EXTRA PAYMENT:• complex characters design.• complex outfit.• complex details.• complex weapons.• complex ideas.• other complex things making drawing process harder and longer.2. ABOUT PROCESS 2.1. After payment and start working on the artwork, I’ll send a sketch for your critiques and approval. At your request I can also provide you with more WIPs of process. 2.2. If you wish to make fixes — describe what to change in a few messages. If you are asking make the fixes more than 3 times I reserve the right to request an extra payment. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome. 2.3. I don't make fixes on the finished pieces or for the completed сommission. If you would like to make additional fixes which I do not regard color AFTER a previously approved sketch — there will be also an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process. 2.4. EACH EXTRA CORRECTION COSTS 10% OF THE OVERALL COMMISSION’S COST. 2.5. My own mistakes will be fixed at any stage for free. 2.6. If you wishes to cancel your commission — I'll refund you a part of the original commission payment depending on which stage your commission is for the current moment (if the artwork is not started yet — you get 100% of original payment back. If the cancellation was during the sketch stage, a 60% refund of original payment will be issued. 2.7. I also reserve the right to cancel сommission during process of work due to unforeseen problems on my part or problems with communication and mutual understanding on yours, in which case you will be refunded the full payment. 2.8. After the end of work on the commissioned artwork I’ll send you the Imgur link (or Discord DMs) where you can download web-version (public, with a watermark) and high-res version of the artwork (personal, without a watermark). 2.9. After I have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds. 2.10. If you are ignoring and/or silent about accepting the commission exceeds 7 days after the completion of our work and the provision of links, I reserve the right to change the status of your commission to completed and publish it.3. __RULES__ 3.1. You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent to make the purchase. 3.2. I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork. 3.3. Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify me). 3.4. You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of my authorship. 3.5. You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use (in digital or physical format).Please, don't ask when I’ll open commissions again. Be patient and respectful. Thank you!
